Cuixmala takes pride at its organic farms, providing fresh and healthy food for the guests. Since no chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used, there is less impact on the surrounding environment, allowing the local flora and fauna to thrive naturally.
With Cuixmala’s program, local farmers learn different techniques in organic farming, at the same time, increase the farm’s productivity, hence helping the local economy.
To date, the farms of Cuixmala produce many varieties of vegetables, fruits, and grains, which are then used by master chefs in preparing scrumptious and seasonal dishes, inspired by the newest harvest. Guests of Cuixmala don’t only get the chance to taste good food; they also have the opportunity to visit and see the organic farms themselves.
