RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

Payment required to confirm the booking.

  • High Season | 100% Payment required at time of booking. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: 50% of the charge will be refunded. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.
  • Summer Season | 100% Payment required at time of booking. Cancellations made more than 45 days in advance: 50% of the charge will be refunded. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.
  • Holiday Season | 100% Payment required at time of booking. Cancellations, No Shows and Early Departures, 100% payment charge.

All lodging payments are non-exchangeable and may not be applied to food and beverage, activities, spa services, or any other charges. Reservations and payments are non-transferable to other guests or future stays at Hacienda de San Antonio.
